We are a local restaurant inside one of the oldest standing houses in downtown Huntersville. At Mama Mia Too, we bring you the taste of authentic Italian cuisine, crafted with passion and dedication by our owner, Ralph Hanna. With more than 40 years of experience in the industry, Ralph's journey from Cairo, Egypt, to Italy, and eventually to the Heart of Huntersville, NC, has shaped the foundation of our family-owned and operated fine dining Italian restaurant.
Ralph's story is one of resilience and determination. Starting as a dishwasher in Italy, he traveled extensively, honing his culinary skills and mastering the art of Italian cuisine. Inspired by his experiences in New Jersey, Ralph took a leap of faith and founded Mama Mia, where he has poured countless hours into cooking and serving delicious Italian food.
Our restaurant's success lies in the authenticity of our dishes and the love that goes into every plate. Ralph's dedication to maintaining the highest quality and freshness is reflected in our pricing, which strikes a balance between affordability and the incredible taste that keeps our customers coming back for more.

A great atmosphere and great food. Friendy hosts and service. Had the seafood special and everything was cooked great and very tasty. Definitely a 2nd visit is in store.
We order from this place every single Friday because I LOVE the Veal Sorrentini, it's amazing. It's not easy to find good veal but this restaurant cooks it perfectly. My husband always orders something different and their sauce and flavors are always on point. Moving here from NY we were so happy to find an excellent Italian restaurant. Highly recommend!

We got takeout from here and the eggplant parm and penne a la vodka were both sooo delicious!
Unassuming place but honestly fantastic food and super people. I drove past this place for years and when I finally went, I was really blown away. The food is really good. I have visited 10+ times and most recently ordered a seafood pasta special that was amazing. Highly recommended.
